Camp 1 started on Monday and is going strong. Many new children are experiencing the Olympic sport of fencing and having fun. Five days of fencing footwork, drills, fun games, fitness exercises and fencing tournament. You can still enroll and get more information for the upcoming camps! Hope to see you at the camp!

HFA was once again part of the CAMP WIN KC((Women’s Intersport Network) for KC’s flagship youth event and is designed to EMPOWER girls by introducing them to over 16 different sports and fitness activities over four days in a safe and encouraging environment).  For two days we demonstrated fencing to 300 young girls.
